Kuwait: the journalist "Adel Al-Eidan" proved not guilty which gives the free journalism back its dignity.

96 hours during which the journalist Adel Al-Eidan had been tortured, by the Kuwaiti police. After he published information about disputes southern Kuwait the capital , as a result the police forces arrested two of the militants.

After publishing such information the government did not only arrest him but also denied totally the incident and described the news to be false. and so they managed introduce the journalist to court for publishing false information harms the Kuwaiti image and reputation.

But the fair Kuwaiti court took a bold step forward and declared him not guilty.
