An Egyptian journalist declared not guilty

The criminal court of Cairo declared Magdi Ahmed Hussein, the chef editor of Al-Shaab newspaper not guilty of insulting the ex agriculture minister Youssef Wali.

Magdi accused Wali of importing fertilizers that cause many fatal diseases such as liver and kidney failure and cancer.

The accusation was published on the newspaper that is being issued on the internet after being closed by the government.

For the same reason Magdi Hussein was imprisoned before for two years.

After this sentence a new journalist escapes from the prison threat.

What's left is opening investigation with wali the ex-agriculture minister to fulfill the demands of judiciary and Egyptian opposition.
