Administrational Court: Engineers' right to hold their General Assembly
Government should response to their demands

In response to the case raised by more than 100 engineers, The Administrational Court declared the Engineers' right to hold The General Assembly of the "Syndicate of Engineers" and to have proper elections.
The Court also ordered both, the minister of Irrigation, Being responsible for the Syndicate, and the legal Supervisor to convene the General Assembly, lift the ban and hold proper elections.
The Court has primarily accepted the appeal presented by the Engineers against the Resolution of(Refusing to Convene the General Assembly)
It is important to mention that the Court had postponed its verdict in this case, and the case had been filed till the 7th of November, re-filed again till the 26th of December, where it reached its verdict.
